A great place to train for all ages and all levels. My 10 yr old, is in the grappling and kickboxing classes. they are outstanding. Very patient teachers and encouraging. I don’t want my kid to be a fighter but he needs to know how to fight and learn to be dangerous and humble with dignity. These guys teach it. Also The price is good. You have access to all their classes.
